Privacy notice

Informo Investor Navigator (“Informo”) controls the personal data collected through this assessment. Questions about privacy or the responsible service operator can be sent to erick@hireeden.ai.

Information we collect

We collect your name, work email, optional phone number, optional job role, company or project information, investment profile, assessment results, consent record and any support or matching request you submit, including requested partner types, timing and referral consent. Basic security logs may include an IP address and browser information. To let you resume an assessment, the Navigator also stores your current form, contact details and roadmap in this browser's local storage until you choose Start over or clear your browser data.

Why we use it

We use the information to generate, retain and email your requested investment roadmap, prevent abuse, operate the service and respond to execution requests. We contact you about human support services only when you select the optional contact permission or explicitly request execution support.

Legal basis and automated analysis

Assessment data is processed with your consent. Informo uses automated rules and an explanation layer to prepare a high-level roadmap and internal lead score. These outputs do not make legal or similarly significant decisions and do not issue government approvals.

Recipients and storage

Access is limited to authorised Informo personnel and infrastructure and email-delivery providers used to operate the service. Matching-request information is shared with a selected ecosystem organization only when you give specific referral consent and Informo approves the introduction; it is never automatically made available to partners. We do not sell your personal data. Information is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and protected with encrypted transport, restricted administrative access and backups. Infrastructure and automated-analysis providers may process data in other countries under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Retention

Assessment records are retained for 180 days from the latest update and are then deleted automatically, unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or legal obligation. Operational backups are retained for 14 days.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw optional service contact permission at any time. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to direct marketing. Email erick@hireeden.ai with the subject “Informo privacy request”. You may lodge a complaint with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.go.tz.
