Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the public demos on it — talking to our AI employees and generating a preview employee. Hiring an Eden employee for your business is a separate, written agreement we make with you directly, including the commission rate for the role.

The demos exist so you can evaluate Eden. Conversations are with an AI: responses are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not professional advice of any kind. Nothing an AI employee says in a demo creates an offer, a booking or a contract.

Demos are rate-limited and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Use the demos like a guest, not an attacker: don't abuse them, probe them for vulnerabilities, attempt to extract other people's data, work around usage limits, or use them for anything unlawful. We may block access that breaks these rules.

The site, the Eden name and the employee characters belong to SkyAI Labs. Preview employees you generate are for your evaluation; keep the words and images you get, but the underlying service stays ours.

The site and demos are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SkyAI Labs is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on demo output.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that's acceptance of the new terms.
